Audience for xfactor auditions - o2 arena - what time to get there?

Ive got free tickets to Xfactor auditions in london at the o2 arena
and i have heard that some people dont get in. I dont want to waste my
money or anything so what time do i need to get there?
The doors open at 10:00am and close at 10:30am.
